1- Mandatory Outdoor watering Restrictions

Letter from Calabasas Mayor Mary Sue Mauer to the community:

Virtually all of the populated areas of SoCal – from Oxnard down to the Mexican border are facing new water restrictions due to our historic water shortage. About six million people in all and that includes our Las Virgenes Municipal Water District will be impacted. If approved by the LVMWD Board when it meets later this month, these new outdoor watering rules would start June 1st. It is up to the water district to enforce the new rules, not the City.

Virtual LVMWD Town Hall Meeting - May 11, 2022 - 6:00pm  to discuss drought and mandatory outdoor watering restrictions - go to to register.
