Kent is the author of the best-selling book on fire protection Firescaping: Protecting Your Home with a Fire-Resistant Landscape, teaches at a variety of colleges, and has been working to create fire-protected properties since 1994. His presentations are professional, educational and dynamic. The first fifty (50) attendees to register will receive a copy of Douglas Kent's book, California Friendly: A maintenance guide for landscapers, gardeners and land managers. Book recipients will be emailed confirmation after registration and must attend the event to receive their free copy.
